From my initial consultation right through to the post surgery follow up, Dr Aslam has been very kind, caring and extremely professional. He takes the time to listen, is very thorough in his examinations and explains his findings in a way that the patient understands. He recommends options of appropriate treatment should any be required. I had 4 areas of bcc removed via MOHS surgery, three on my nose and one on my temple in early February 2025. Dr Aslam and his team on the day of surgery were very reassuring and made the whole process much easier to go through. I am so glad it was Dr Aslam who carried out my surgery using MOHS to remove the bcc's, as removal of surrounding tissue was kept to a minimum using this technique, but I was also reassured to know all of the tumours had been successfully removed before the repair was carried out. The reconstruction repair surgery was expertly and neatly done and all sites are now healing amazingly well. Dr Aslam was very supportive post op, always responding to any questions I had and happy to check my progress via photos that I was able to send to him. I intend to have annual checks ups with Dr Aslam and should any further bcc's occur I would have no hesitation for him to carry out MOHS surgery again for the removal.

From our initial telephone consultation, we felt we in good hands. We were explained the process clearly and the cost and options available to us. The receptionist were calm and made us feel at ease as we were very nervous initially. The sonographer's explained during the scan what they were looking for and helped understand the process. They also accommodated by staying behind for an emergency appointment. The Nurses were amazing for us. There support throughout the process was great. They gave us strength and positivity to carry on. They always answered our questions even out of office hours and kept us on track for which medicine to take. The Embryologist made us feel comfortable from the 'Sperm collection' to the fertilisation. They shared a link which we could see the development of the Embryo. Overall the team as a whole have been wonderful. They would acknowledge us by our names and spoke to us in a calm manner. No question was silly for them. They supported us during our emergency procedure and were very helpful. They even called us to make sure we were ok on a couple of occasion. We are truly grateful to the IVF London team for supporting us through this journey.

I just can't rate our experience with Dr Fenton highly enough. We came to her when our 8 year old daughter was suffering with exhaustion and school anxiety and we didn't know how best to help her. Kristy was always very kind, very knowledgable and very clear and she made sure we knew what to expect from the start. Through Dr Fenton we've discovered our daughter is both autistic and adhd - both of which we had very little to no understanding of to begin with. It's explained so much and helped us to understand, help and advocate for our daughter far more effectively than before. The NHS accepted Dr Fenton's diagnosis within a few days of us sending her report and our daughter's school have now applied for an EHCP for her. The SEN representative at our school said the report from Kristy was far clearer and better written than the majority of reports of this kind that she sees. We were recommended Dr Fenton by a friend and I am extremely thankful to have been able to work with her during this process. It's challenging emotionally to see your child suffering and we felt supported and in expert hands throughout the diagnosis process.

Dr Ahsan is outstanding in every way. He always immediately makes me feel at ease and that he genuinely cares about my health. He is always well prepared for my appointments. He asks pertinent questions and takes the time to listen to my answers and discuss them with me. He always gives me an opportunity to ask him my questions or express my worries and gives me considered answers. He is very experienced and always finds solutions that will suit my personal health needs. For example, he has gone out of his way to help me to be able to take long haul flights for holidays and is equally helpful with minor concerns as well. He thinks very carefully about the appropriate medication needed for my particular condition at the time so that my AF issues have been corrected with increased medication and then reduced as soon as appropriate so that now my heart is behaving well and I am taking much less medication than I have for many years. I have complete trust in him. He is excellent.

Bibi was a great nurse and took good care of my daughter throughout her day surgery at Moorfields. She was attentive and communicated effectively. She was able to support both me as Mum and more importantly my daughter as the patient. She also followed up a few days later by phone call. The surgery was delayed by 1.5 hours under private care and this was not ideal as the anxiety was increasing for my daughter. Appreciate things to come up and was explained that they were sharing one theatre, however, better scheduling could have been considered here. The walkway to the surgery theatre needs to be tided up. It is intimidating to see all the machines and equipment in the walkway especially for children. Although I also found it a bit intimidating to be fair. It could be much more patient friendly especially on the path to surgery. Overall, the care was excellent and most importantly the surgery was a success!

My Blepharoplasty with Andre Litwin was hugely successful & I am extremely happy with the results. I was looking old & tired with my eyelids drooping. My friends & family comment on how young & fresh I now look. The redness has completely disappeared & the scar is almost invisible. The whole process from booking, finance, surgery & aftercare was very easy & went smoothly. I would highly recommend Blepharoplasty with Andre. It’s definitely the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. It was a quick procedure & with no general anaesthetic, making it more financially viable & with less possible side effects. Previous dentists have not used calming techniques or words to help me unlike Dr Fiona who reassured me every step. I feel very much listened too by the Vermillion team and cannot thank them enough. He saw me fairly promptly and gave me a thorough examination. He explained that the problem is with my neck rather than my shoulder which is where I am feeling most of the pain. He therefore recommended that I should see someone specialising in spinal orthopaedics. I did, however, find him to be somewhat abrupt and eager to get rid of me. I was probably only with him about 10 minutes.
