From being greeted at reception and taken to my room I felt at ease. The surgeon and the medical team were all knowledgeable

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.
