Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

Arrived early and was seen early, everything was seamless and my consultant explained everything in detail. I had plenty of time to ask questions, I felt respected and I was confident in every stage of my diagnosis and treament.
