From being greeted at reception and taken to my room I felt at ease. The surgeon and the medical team were all knowledgeable

everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.
