The hospital was very clean , had great staff who were very polite and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble .

Lovely surroundings to be when going through the worst time in your life. Having been a patient here for a year the welcome at reception is wonderful. The staff at alternative therapies and the gym are caring and wonderful. The nursing team at Chemo are lovely on the whole, however there have been times I’ve felt awkward and a nuisance to them especially the manager who doesn’t come across as partially warm which has left me very upset at times. In additions the breast care nurse hasn’t been in touch following my op months ago which I can’t fathom. All in all I’m happy with Genesis Care - I just think they need a slight tweak in their processes and their compassion.

It is important for me to feel the hospital and staff who will be caring for me have a high standard for the service they provide

I was seen today by Dr Alireza. I can highly recommend him to other patients as he is very attentive and professional. He took time to listen to all my concerns and in a very polite manner suggested to make the necessary tests and some solutions to my concerns. Thank you very much!
