My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.

I felt very pleased with my care. The quality and service of everyone here has elevated my experience completely.

Lovely calm atmosphere with friendly staff. Informative eyetest and all questions answered with time spent on you. I was then introduced to Jitka, who was so amazing. Was there no end to her knowledge and precision ! I now have a great pair of glasses that suits me!
