Generally good. The receptionist where very helpful and Dr Osuji was excellent

Dealing with everyone is so easy and stress free from the minute you walk through the door. Friendly, professional with a warm greeting and you are instantly put at ease. The whole team make the experience as stress free and you are dealt with with such courtesy, care and consideration.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

Extremely positive. Nurse was excellent.

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Throughout all of our IVF journey Dr Irfana has given us a top level of treatment. She strives for the best results, is thorough, and is really responsive and caring at the same time. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
