Very welcoming surroundings, high quality treatments. But most importantly, the medical staff, nurses, owner, and reception team, are all very conscientious and this is what shines through. Beautiful experience

I was terrified but the consultant had a lovely energy was understanding and kind and showed me great understanding and respect of my circumstance overall she couldn’t have done anything better which made my experience bareable

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole experience is very smooth.
