Smooth and professional service from start to finish, on both medical and administrative fronts. I came to have two moles on my scalp removed, and was in and out in 20 minutes, including consultation and treatment.

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Nothing to say... Its a rent by the day room service for consultants... efficient and expensive. But it does the job

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.
