As always Dr Rama was kind and supportive. She compared the latest X-ray with previous ones and explained the improvement. She will follow up changing medications.

I took my 81 year old father to see Dr Aran recently. He's got asthma and COPD and has had a very hard time recovering from a dose of Covid and then Adult Whooping Cough - blue lips, breathless, coughing, fatigued, etc. His GP refused to send him to lung specialist so we felt we had no option - we needed a professional opinion. Firstly his secretary and all the people who work on the reception desk in the private section at Harefield are exceptional - highly professional and also they seem to genuinely care. One lady - Linda - was helping my father in and out of chairs as if he was her father - I was very touched. And their nurses have taken blood from my Dad twice without him feeling it or the usual massive bruising he usually gets. Dr Aran is polite, unassuming, professional, an expert in his field and all round very nice person. He listened kindly and carefully to myself and my father, ordered some tests (without over ordering and I'm impressed that the Harefield doesn't over charge) and managed to diagnose my Dad with Emphysema (which had been missed by the NHS!) and an allergy to black mould which was exacerbating his breathing issues. We have a clear plan of how to proceed, with contingencies. We couldn't be more delighted or grateful. He's a credit to himself and his profession and we feel reassured to know my Dad is under his care now. Not being able to breathe is pretty fundamental to life! Sincere thanks to Dr A and his team. Dr Knight has provided me with exceptional care over the past year. I initially sought an appointment regarding mild asthma and post-covid symptoms. Dr Knight listened to me from the start and arranged a very thorough set of tests. This led to a serious diagnosis that would not have been detected otherwise. His thoroughness, expertise and promptness in dealing with things have been invaluable. It has also been a huge relief to feel able to trust the care I am receiving.. Dr Knight has a very genuine nature and a very human approach to treating patients. He takes individual circumstances into account when advising on treatments. I feel comfortable to get mild symptoms checked for reassurance. Dr Knight has communicated clearly with myself, my GP and other specialists, and interactions between private care and NHS care have all gone very smoothly. His role in the NHS reassured me that he is connected to a wider team and during private treatment he sought input from specialists in other areas on several occasions to ensure nothing was missed. Medically his care of me has been exceptional. His very human approach and the relief of feeling taken good care of have been equally valuable.

Dr Kadwani has excellent inter personal skills putting people at ease. He is extremely knowledgable about his subject and is extremely thorough in diagnosis and advice

On initially meeting Mr Bahrami, I found him to be extremely professional and he clearly did have expertise about my condition. Sadly, however, I did not have a follow-up consultation with him, which I found to be disappointing. I have also been referred back to Wycombe Hospital and am still on the same drugs that I was taking during the operation. My appointment is 29th May, but initially it was originally booked for November 2025!
