Very nice space with considerate people.

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Saw Dr Shidrawi who was exceptional as always. His clinic was running late however I appreciated that the receptionist informed me of this as soon as I arrived.

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

Incredibly convenient. Chilled and clean.
