They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Steve is engaged and attentive all while remaining professional with his work. He asks deliberate questions which promote reflection and challenge the ways I think. He has always been well organised with booking sessions and flexible with rearranging on occasions where I may be busy. It is clear he has substantial knowledge and training in his field but with a personal and mindful touch. He is excellent at creating a comfortable and safe space to open up about anything I would like, as well as actively listening to things I want from therapy.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.
