The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.
