Sarah helped me out so much with understanding the issues I had from overloading my running training. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

I attended W6 for physiotherapy after a double hip resurfacing. The support I received was excellent and the progress I have made over the past months is huge, I've gone from limping on 2 crutches to getting back on the squash court. Thank you everyone
