I was even more thrilled to learn that Dr. Alka would be managing my care, with the same supportive team alongside me every step of the way. The consistency and care I received meant so much to me, and those little hugs from the team truly made a big difference—they’re not just professionals but genuinely kind and supportive people. The clinic itself is in a convenient location, easily accessible, and it has a fresh, clean feel to it. Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. Special thanks for surgery crew; Dr. Dighe, Dr. Kurian, first assistant G.Thomas ,anaesthetic practitioner N.A.Reyes and all nurses, thank You all for professional attitude!

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

It’s a very good hospital and very convenient for me to visit from work I’ve been impressed
