Dr Shilpa was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained, treatment was started and literally within days, I was feeling the results. Communication with relevant consultants and my GP practice was spot on.

She introduced me to the microbiome tests that provided much needed information to fully understand my body and home into the factors causing the array of day to day struggles that I had. Taking a step back and cutting things out of my diet, such as diary products has made a huge difference. The supplements Melody recommended have also improved my energy levels and my gut health. Melody has been such a great help and I'm glad I got in touch with her. I feel more energised and I understand my gut more and I don't have the constant worry in the back of my mind nowadays. Reviewing the test results with Melody also helped me understand that my diet wasn't all bad but I just needed a helping hand in homing in on a few things to improve my vitamin levels within my body. Understanding that the smallest of changes to my diet has worked. I would highly recommend working with Melody to address any nutritional issues. She is a lovely person to work with and extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise!

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel.
