All very good - clean, welcoming and organised.

Discreet location near the US embassy.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

This is a wonderful place. It is hard to imagine that one could enjoy coming for treatment - but I do. I meet the kindest of people in a comfortable, clean, happy place. Thank you to all at LOC for your kindness, generosity and sense of fun.

Lovely experience with the clinic, made me feel at ease, gave me all the information I needed. Would recommend.
