I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

This is a wonderful place. It is hard to imagine that one could enjoy coming for treatment - but I do. I meet the kindest of people in a comfortable, clean, happy place. Thank you to all at LOC for your kindness, generosity and sense of fun.

My overall experience on the visit to the Mole clinic was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending the clinic to family and friends. You perform a very valuable service and I hope you continue for many years to come.

Very informative and came out feeling better about my sons injury

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

My experience was reassuring and pleasant. Mr Evangelos properly explained the treatment.
