Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

Arrived for my 2nd cataract operation and was seen with minimal waiting time. Operation carried out swiftly and painlessly. Friendly receptionist telephoned for a taxi to take me home afterwards.

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

The hospital was very clean , had great staff who were very polite and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble .

I was very happy with my treatment. Manpreet the optometrist was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She put me at ease immediately and took time to explain everything clearly. Reece , my first point of contact was always helpful and welcoming.
