everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.
