I was attended and assisted immediately without an appointment. Was so grateful as obviously I panicked thinking I’d have a long wait with regards to getting my hearing aids repaired.

I had a very satisfactory consultation with Firdaus. She answered all my questions clearly, tested my hearing, and talked me through the available options re new hearing aids. She was friendly and patient, and appeared to be very competent with the technology she used.

I was seen by Fidaus and Louisa they were both great and accompanied me greatly with my wax removal. I had pain in my right ear and was seen straight away and dealt with professionally and with care. I'll definitely be coming to back to see the Audiological Science team and the great work that they do within the community :) Top notch!

Every time attending our appointment,the atmosphere is so welcoming, the staff are really friendly, and it feels as you have known them all for a long time ,they are very professional and always explain everything they are doing or are going to do , making you feel at ease

Any questions, tests and results were clearly answered and explained as were the hearing aides on offer.

Thank you for looking after my elderly mother who is wheelchair bound and has dementia. The process of removing the ear wax was sensitively explained by Dr Gladys and although confusing to my mother Dr Gladys worked quickly and the whole thing was done in a flash.
