Everything is good but I) members of the staff are not very friendly and ii) the layout of the building feels a little disjointed and as a result, it does not feel very welcoming

Due to staff absence (technician) I had a 40 minute wait. However, once called the service was excellent, thorough and friendly.

The team were all helpful, welcoming and friendly, from receptions and nurses to consultant. Wait time was minimal. The procedures were explained beforehand. The only negative detail which caught my attention was a piece of dirty tissue on one of the clinic floors. Apart from that the place was very clean and bright. Overall our experience was excellent.
