From the radiologists to the oncology nurses, administrative staff, and patient care coordinators, every single person we encountered treated us with warmth, dignity, and unwavering professionalism. They not only helped guide us through an overwhelming and frightening time — they did so with grace, humanity, and consistent reassurance that we were never alone. Prof Plaha and the GenesisCare Oxford team are more than healthcare providers — they are healers, guardians, and champions of hope. If you are ever in need of cancer treatment or neurosurgical care, know that there are heroes at GenesisCare Oxford — and we will be forever thankful they were there for us.

The hospital have been great. I had a lovely room and was never rushed.

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

The hospital is clean and welcoming

No problems competent friendly staff. Consultant spent time explaining diagnosis and allaying fears.

Lovely surroundings to be when going through the worst time in your life. Having been a patient here for a year the welcome at reception is wonderful. The staff at alternative therapies and the gym are caring and wonderful. The nursing team at Chemo are lovely on the whole, however there have been times I’ve felt awkward and a nuisance to them especially the manager who doesn’t come across as partially warm which has left me very upset at times. In additions the breast care nurse hasn’t been in touch following my op months ago which I can’t fathom. All in all I’m happy with Genesis Care - I just think they need a slight tweak in their processes and their compassion.
