I needed a filling which I always dread because of the needles, when it was over I was told that my mouth may still be numb I had no idea that she had injected me as I never felt a thing. I've been with Sparklysmile for decades. As a very nervous patient, one of the many aspects of the service I receive from Phil and Esther (hygienest) is that they explain at each stage of any treatment exactly what they're doing. This prepares me, helps me relax. The whole reception team are always friendly on each visit. Also, I'd like to say the response to the several dental emergiences I've had over the years has been very positive. Thank you everyone.
