Overall my stay has been good and productive. However, this is down to me wanting to get better, I raised concern I could gamble and get pornography early on in my stay and now I'm leaving I still can. Hardly a model example of a rehabilitation centre which offers 'state of the art facilities' but cannot get safe search on the WiFi... phoebe my therapist has been excellent, gone above and beyond in making me feel the way I do now and it has concerned me seeing one member of staff in particular lacking in this kind of leadership. The food is quite poor, a lot of unhealthy carb heavy meals which when you're advertising 24hr chefs is quite misleading. Breakfast is poor, can't haveeggs but can have coco pops? Recovery starts in a morning when you wake up therefore coco pops or tescos chocpops wouldn't be up there with my recommendation of a healthy breakfast. The alternative for an evening meal you don't like being a sandwich and being looked at like you have 12 heads when you ask for a small amount of grated cheese is beyond me.
