I was referred by email to Mr Sian from my Optician His Secretary dealt with the email promptly She immediately made contact with me by telephone to my request for an appointment with Mr Sian, She then sent a copy of the referral to my Health Insurance company who had requested it in order to give me an authorisation number for the initial appointment and then for the operation.
