I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions. All staff were professional, caring, and knowledgeable

Very friendly and helpful. I got an appointment the same day and subsequent appointments were always available. Communication initially had a couple of hiccups but was soon remedied. I would recommend the Highfield hospital.
