I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions. Great service. Very respectful and accommodating of your personal needs. Faith is such a gentle, honest and familiar comfort. That is like talking to an old friend. I will definately miss our weekly problem solving (of my problems of course). She met me where I mentally was each week.

I found beyond very helpful and they were quick to offer me an appointment. I decided to go private as the waiting time on NHS is upwards of 3 years. Beyond were friendly and helpful from the beginning and made it clear as to what the assessment process and medication plan was after a diagnosis. The staff were always helpful and responsive to any problems and the diagnosis has helped me understand myself better. The things I felt needed improving were the the trialling of each medication. In hindsight I feel like the side effects of the first medication trialled warranted me trying the next medication sooner. Also I found myself running out of medication for a week or 2 as the monthly medication care plan reviews didn't align to when the medication was sent from there distributor.

The new life centre is amazing, professional whilst being extremely welcoming warm and friendly. The whole team are fantastic and changed my life for the better. I thank each and everyone at the centre.
