Thank you for giving me my life back through your treatments, and thank you for accommodating me when I was delayed for my appointment with a puncture.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The clinic itself is in a convenient location, easily accessible, and it has a fresh, clean feel to it. Every visit is comfortable and reassuring, and we’re looking forward to continuing this journey with Acorn Fertility.
