I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Nurses were friendly and helpful. Staffs were welcoming. Facilities were clean.

Staff were professional.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

Pleasant welcoming experience. Wait time about was around 5 minutes. Nice practice.
