A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all. Dr Chris went through everything you need to know during the consultation and was brilliant. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

After being told, out of the blue, I had a fast growing cataract, the options were getting on the NHS waiting list or having treatment under U Clinic. My appointments were very quick and the receptionists were helpful in answering my questions.

Surgery and two night stay over all good. Catering very good. Only complaint was noise at night, as door between bedroom and corridor kept open.
