A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all. Dr Chris went through everything you need to know during the consultation and was brilliant. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

After being told, out of the blue, I had a fast growing cataract, the options were getting on the NHS waiting list or having treatment under U Clinic. My appointments were very quick and the receptionists were helpful in answering my questions.
