From start to finish, the entire experience was relaxing, professional, and truly refreshing. My esthetician walked me through each step of the process, explaining what was happening and how it would benefit my skin. Right after the facial, my skin felt incredibly clean, smooth, and hydrated—like it could actually breathe again. The glow was instant and noticeable! I loved how gentle yet effective the treatment was, especially compared to other facials I’ve tried in the past. If you've been on the fence about trying a HydraFacial, I highly recommend it. It was so refreshing to finally have a straightforward experience with a doctor who simply understood and actioned my request—to have a blood sample taken for a private food allergy test—without the usual 4-week wait or worse being told “no” because it's not a test that's provided on the NHS. The doctor was very friendly, and the whole process—from enquiry, to registration, to having the procedure done—was seamless and easy. Centre clean, directions for parking could be better

A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all. Dr Chris went through everything you need to know during the consultation and was brilliant. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
