I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

After being told, out of the blue, I had a fast growing cataract, the options were getting on the NHS waiting list or having treatment under U Clinic. My appointments were very quick and the receptionists were helpful in answering my questions.

Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. Special thanks for surgery crew; Dr. Dighe, Dr. Kurian, first assistant G.Thomas ,anaesthetic practitioner N.A.Reyes and all nurses, thank You all for professional attitude!

A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all. Dr Chris went through everything you need to know during the consultation and was brilliant. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
