Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. Nothing to say... Its a rent by the day room service for consultants... efficient and expensive. But it does the job

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.
