The family DBT group offered us a completely different and valuable kind of support: practical tools, shared understanding, and a sense that we weren’t alone in the messiness. The schedule for the sessions was very well organised and managed. The nurse conducting the sessions was so friendly and put me at ease straight away so it was never a chore. The whole experience was very professional yet personable. After completing the course of rTMS I felt more mentally energised with increased motivation. I highly recommend the whole experience!
