The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. It is great going to the Nuffield - very friendly staff and pleasant environment. I could feel myself getting calmer whilst sat in the waiting room ahead of my appointment. Very professional staff.

All members of staff are welcoming and take time to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
