Staff were professional.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Dr. Varsani has been excellent at getting to the root of the problem, even when we have needed to book in at short notice. He has seen both myself and my baby, and he has been fantastic with both of us-thorough, kind, and professional. His clinic is in a great location, and it is always easy to get same day appointments, which has been incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

Dr Shilpa was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained, treatment was started and literally within days, I was feeling the results. Communication with relevant consultants and my GP practice was spot on.

I had a great experience with kidswell. They got me in on the same day and the staff were really attentive and thorough. The Dr diagnosed my son straight away and also did extra checks on him. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience at Kidswell.

Always feel welcome and is very organised

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
