They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Dealing with everyone is so easy and stress free from the minute you walk through the door. Friendly, professional with a warm greeting and you are instantly put at ease. The whole team make the experience as stress free and you are dealt with with such courtesy, care and consideration.

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Can’t recommend this clinic enough! Had an amazing coil removal experience, I felt so listened to but mostly I just felt like a real person rather than a patient. My reason for getting my coil out was a combination of being ready to get pregnant & being more than a little fed up of the very painful periods I’d been having, and Dr. Anne was understanding (and even recommended a medication to take if I should ever want to get a coil fitted again!) and just wonderful to chat to. Super special place!!!
