Excellent care!

I had an appointment with nutritionist. I found overall experience positive, staff at the reception was pleasant, no waiting time. I would say that nutritionist overall is knowledgeable on a surface (we did not discuss particular details, and I was not offered to do any blood tests or other tests, which I would assume would be next step for tailored advise). I did not find first 25 min of meeting useful as the doctor assumed I was different age (significantly younger that is my actual age), hence discussion was not tailored towards my needs. Although I believe my age was mentioned in my initial form.

Dr Michelle McCreesh was lovely and had lovely bedside manner and made me feel at ease. The option of going to the phlebotomist for blood tests was excellent as I tend to need them for my blood to be taken.

The staff are absolutely amazing and warm welcoming, the clinic is beautiful, definitely would recommend and use again! The nurse Maya was so gentle and patient, She made sure all my needs were met and was very professional. Many thanks
