Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.

I was seen today by Dr Alireza. I can highly recommend him to other patients as he is very attentive and professional. He took time to listen to all my concerns and in a very polite manner suggested to make the necessary tests and some solutions to my concerns. Thank you very much!
