Staff and care received was excellent and exceeded my expectations

Very clean. Staff all very professional and I'm good spirits.

The team at the Lister at The Portland was fabulous. Unlike other clinics, you were not just a number and put through a machine. Check-in staff knew my first name, emails were replied to quickly, ad hoc requests accommodated with no fuss. Everyone was friendly, kind, and empathetic. Nurses were super patient with demonstrating how to administer medication, re-checking dosages etc, theatre personnel were full of levity and, when appropriate, seriousness. Finance staff were super keen to help too. The emergency line was a huge help and no question or situation too minor.

A very good customer care. Surgery delayed for over half an hour without any update or explanation. Anaesthetist was rather formal and not engaging.

From admission to discharge, every aspect of my experience was managed with utmost professionalism and compassion. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication, ensuring that I felt comfortable and supported throughout. I am truly thankful for the high standards of care provided by the hospital.

Nothing to say... Its a rent by the day room service for consultants... efficient and expensive. But it does the job
