Hospital staff were friendly & punctual

All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!

Everything always ran smoothly and am so glad I was referred there and under the care of Mr Walker! Thank you to all the team and especially Neil.🙏

I am a frequent visitor as an entertainer, so can't comment beyond what I see. However, when I enter WG, I feel like I'm invited into a really happy family home, where residents are content and cared about as if they are family members. There is lovely communication and sense of fun between residents and between staff and residents. I never want to leave when it's time to go!
