Great experience, very helpful staff

I've been with Sparklysmile for decades. As a very nervous patient, one of the many aspects of the service I receive from Phil and Esther (hygienest) is that they explain at each stage of any treatment exactly what they're doing. This prepares me, helps me relax. The whole reception team are always friendly on each visit. Also, I'd like to say the response to the several dental emergiences I've had over the years has been very positive. Thank you everyone.

I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.

Dr. Dilek Guvenc saved my tooth, which another dentist had told me needed to be pulled. She is incredibly skilled, caring, and reliable. If you’re looking for a great periodontist in London, I can’t recommend her enough!

I needed a filling which I always dread because of the needles, when it was over I was told that my mouth may still be numb I had no idea that she had injected me as I never felt a thing. Dentist told me that it was new . Good experience thank you Denise. and her Nurse. Also Michelle on reception always helpful and very efficient.
