I found talking to Katie very easy & she put me at ease straight away. I found her comments about my issues & concerns were very helpful & informative & she gave me lots of ideas & help. I even received some free samples of protein drinks super quick! The appointment was not rushed at all which allowed me to ask many questions etc. I would absolutely recommend Katie.

Our time so far has been a game changer both for myself and my partner. I travel all the time for work and had never experienced this level of personalisation before where my guidelines are adjusted to every trip! My jet lag has been diminished and my gut health which was always off when traveling has never been better! Super service and would recommend it to anyone who is busy but cares about their health.

I had recently meeting with Ana Kristin and she really excellent. We opened my mind to approach picky eater in different ways. And how to help improve over all day to day life with setting boundaries. She was very understanding and she made me feel a lot better about everything about motherhood as its not a easy route so many hurdles and she is quite a full package. I would definitely recommend her.

She's educated me to the extent that I know what is good for me, and I don't feel restricted even when I'm very stressed. I used to snack with every emotion, but now I don't see food as a reward.
