Excellent communication and facilities

I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain. The journey has been transformative, and I'm deeply grateful for the support and guidance I received.

All members of staff are welcoming and take time to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is kind and patient, really listens to your concerns and preferences and gives great personalised advice. She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.
