They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

I would highly recommend the Private GP Practice, Eisman Myers, at Golders Green. I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.

Genuine care, helpful and pleasant reception from all the clinic staff I meet. I always feel valued and comfortable to be a patient in Mr Naval Mair’s clinic. He is very much dedicated to providing the best possible treatment outcome for my pain and mobility issues. I always look forward to my treatment appointments.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

The team at Guy Gold was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making my experience remarkable. I strongly recommend this service for individuals dealing with short or long-term health issues. I would particularly like to highlight Mary; she treated my mother with the highest level of respect, kindness, compassion, and care, going above and beyond to assist with my mum's condition. Truly the best place to visit, and I will personally endorse this establishment.
