Mr. Whittaker was very professional and amazing with our young daughter. He was very patient with us and particularly her as he was doing his checks. I recently had an appointment with Professor Kiran Jumani and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. He was polite, welcoming and took his time during the consultation — there was absolutely no sense of being rushed. He answered all of my questions clearly and professionally, and guided me through a treatment plan in a way that was both reassuring and informative. I must also give a special mention to Nicola, who booked my appointment. She was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient — managing to book me in very quickly which was absolutely wonderful. Overall, a very positive and seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
