Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

My appointment was on time, waiting areas were spacious and tidy. Outpatient nurses and receptionists on the front desk were all friendly & helpful.

Excellent service and treatment. Consultant took time to explain the procedure and I was pleased with the outcome. Reception staff were also kind and helpful.
