Unfortunately the dentist arrived at the practice late for his 1st appointment at 9am . As I had another appointment with my doctor at 9:45 this was not acceptable. When he did arrive he made it clear that he could do nothing about traffic/ roadworks . An apology would have been more appropriate.

Experience was good. Dr Matthew’s is very informative

Long time client. Standards are high in all respects. Old implant removed today, carefully, sympathetically, and efficiently.
